About the Red Ribbon Club
MOTTO- PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
Red Ribbon Club (RRC) is a voluntary on campus intervention being implemented in the higher Educational institutions, aiming at heightening their risk perception and preventing HIV as well as promoting voluntary blood donation among youth between the age of 17-25 yrs.
Through Red Ribbon Club, the targeted Youth are encouraged to learn about safe and healthy lifestyle. The RRCs promote and channelize, access to information on HIV/AIDS, further educating them about Voluntary Blood Donation and safe sexual behaviours.
