Department Profile

The department of Commerce was established in 2012 and in the year 2017 Post Graduate Department of Commerce was introduced. Currently Dr. D. Andrews Scott Dhason is the Head of the Department. The Vision of the department is to create potential entrepreneurs, executive and professionals and instill in them ethical values during their course of study. Well-equipped staff members help in shaping the future of the students by providing the necessary knowledge, skill and training needed to pursue in the field of commerce. The department organise seminars, group discussions, competitions and business quuzes to make students get deeper knowledge in their field. The department arranges field visits and educational tours to inculcate practical knowledge among the students. The Department is dedicated to secure and deliver knowledge through teaching and to seek continuous improvement in the quality of education and to equip students to start their own venture in urban and rural area benefiting them to remain globally competitive.
